Were Code Talkers Used in WWI?
You may be asking if there were actually some sort of code talkers used in WWI. The answer is yes. It all started in 1917. The name of these code talkers were the Choctaw code talkers. It was a great idea to have 19 people who could speak this code. The code was actually the Choctaw's language. The use of this code actually worked! Unfortunately, 1 in 4 of the code talkers were captured by the Germans, so the code was eventually broken.
